1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 4 rds and all of its members. 4 rds is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform that operates in Bangladesh and other approved regions.

By using the 4 rds website, mobile version, or any application, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any of the terms, please discontinue your use of 4 rds.

2 Account Registration & Identity Verification

The following requirements must be met to open an account with 4 rds:

• Each individual may register only one account.
• Your account login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• Any changes to your account details (name, phone number, or email) must be made through our support team.

4 rds may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. KYC typically requires a clear photo of a National ID (NID) or passport, along with proof of current address. Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC is completed.

If a member is found to have registered using false information, 4 rds reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all remaining balance.

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking number registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such transactions will be returned.

• 4 rds does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile banking provider's own transaction fees may apply.
• KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals can be processed.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, 4 rds may place your withdrawal on hold until the investigation is complete.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

4 rds bonus offers are provided as additional benefits for members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed:

• Every bonus comes with a wagering or rollover requirement — typically ×15 to ×30 times the bonus amount.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Each bonus has an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days. If the conditions are not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Using the same bonus more than once is strictly prohibited.
• 4 rds reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on 4 rds are provided through internationally accredited game providers. Members should be aware of the following gaming rules:

• Game outcomes are entirely random and independent — the result of a previous round has no effect on the next.
• In the event of a technical issue during gameplay (such as internet disconnection or device shutdown), the 4 rds server record shall be treated as the final authority.

• Third-Party Funds: Betting or gambling using funds belonging to another person.
• Hacking or System Breach: Any unauthorized attempt to access 4 rds systems.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information is never sold to third parties.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Closure Policy

You may close your 4 rds account at any time, and 4 rds may also close your account for specific reasons.

Closure by Member: Submit a request to our support team to close your account. Please withdraw your balance before the closure is processed.

Closure by 4 rds: 4 rds may close an account without notice in cases of rule violations, false information, bonus abuse, multiple account operation, or suspicious activity.

If you believe your account was closed unfairly, you have the right to appeal through support. 4 rds reviews every appeal impartially.

10 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between 4 rds and a member, it is first addressed through the support team. A response will be provided within 5–7 business days of submitting the complaint.

• Include the transaction ID, date, and a detailed description of the issue in your complaint.
• If the issue remains unresolved through support, a complaint may be submitted to 4 rds's licensing authority.

In any dispute regarding game outcomes, 4 rds server logs shall serve as the final and conclusive evidence. 4 rds is not liable for any bets lost due to internet disconnection.
